Aída S cuisine is offering another favorite this year: Bûche de Noël. Bûche de Noël is known as the "Yule log" because it is prepared, presented, and adorned to look like a log ready for the fire. It is a traditional dessert served during the Christmas holidays in many countries, including France, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. The Bûche de Noël is $45 (serves 12-15). It can be ordered with either pecan cream cheese filling and frosting or mocha mousse filling and frosting. It is garnished with meringue mushrooms.
