Meet the Staff

Each staff member of aída S cuisine plays an important role in every aspect of the company. We share the responsibilities of developing recipes, cooking and baking, marketing, delivering, and even dishwashing and mopping. paco torres

Paco is our Executive Sous Chef. He comes to us from Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico with a background in engineering and philosophy. He has traveled extensively in Mexico and South America. He also is a talented artisan who primarily uses leather and wood as his media. Paco has transferred his artistic skills to the kitchen; he has become our saucier and knows the exact mix of secret ingredients necessary to create great-tasting sauces. He also is our in-house MacGyver, repairing anything that breaks.

gabi samaniego

Gabi has a degree in Latin American Studies from Mt. Holyoke College. Her liberal arts education gives her a different perspective on the business. She is the artistic force in many of the products and services we sell. She also helps put my ideas in writing when developing the history behind the menus. In addition, her extensive travels in Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay have inspired many of our exotic, Latin-inspired menus. She  also is Chef Extraordinaire; she has kept me company during several all-night baking sessions.

Gracie is our newest addition to the aída S cuisine family.

tonantzin, xitlali, and tonatiuh

These three are the heart of aída S cuisine. Tonantzin and Xitlali are my precious girls, and Tonatiuh is my adorable boy. I know they will be waiting for me, their Mami, to come home from work, no matter how late the hour.
